Paper and cloth
Bind up newspaper / flyers, cardboard boxes / brown paper, magazines / books / other paper waste, paper packages such as milk carton with string according to their types. Small paper waste can be put into paper bags or plastic bags. Cloth should be put into transparent or translucent bags. Please dispose of waste on their respective collection days.
Pruned branches
When dispose of pruned branches, please bind them up and do not put them into a bag. Please dispose of woods and grass as burnable waste since they cannot be used as raw materials for farmyard manure. If you want to dispose of pruned branches on days other than the collection day, please bring them to the general recycling center directly.
Containers and packaging plastic
Food containers, detergent containers and household products with plastic mark on them belong to the category of containers and packaging plastic. These wastes are recyclable. Please wipe and wash them clean before throwing away.
Other plastics
Wash bowls, buckets etc. that with no plastic mark on them belong to ?other plastics?. These wastes are also recyclable. Please wipe and wash them clean before throwing out.
Plastic bottles
Plastic bottles are recyclable. Please remove caps and labels, wash the inside clean and dispose on the collection day of plastic bottles.
Glass bins and cans
Bins and cans are recyclable. For glass bins, please remove caps or covers, wash the inside clean and put them into the recycle posts according to color and types.
Burnable waste
Paper and plastic waste are recyclable. Do not dispose of them as burnable waste. For raw garbage, please drain the water completely and put them into transparent or translucent bags before throwing away.
Unburnable waste
Cups, glass containers of cosmetics, mirrors, window glass, ceramics and small home electronics are unburnable waste. Please put them into transparent or translucent bags before throwing away.
Harmful waste
Battery and fluorescent etc. are harmful waste. Please write ?harmful waste? on bags and dispose on the collection day of unburnable waste. But please be sure to put them away from unburnable waste.
Bulk waste (fees charged, application needed)
Bulk waste such as furniture and bicycle is collected individually on application. Please apply by the spe-cial dial for bulk waste (TEL?531-5311). After the application, you also need to buy a bulk waste handle ticket.
