What is seal registration? Seal registration is the legal procedure for the citizen to register his/her own stamp for legal identification. When the address is changed to that of a different city, the current seal registration will automatically lose its effectiveness. Certificate issued are: copy of Resident's Card, Certificate of Seal Impression and Certificate of Local Tax Taxation(Tax Exemption).
